Job Title: Consultant – Capital Equipment Valuation

Role: Consultant | Corporate Finance / Valuation

We are looking for a Consultant with experience in Capital Equipment / Fixed Asset Valuation to join our Corporate Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze Fixed Asset Registers (FAR), perform balance sheet reconciliations and asset classing.
- Prepare and update valuation models and reports for Capital Equipment, Personal Property, Plant & Equipment (PP&E;).
- Build integrated valuation models based on client FAR and engagement inputs.
- Conduct market research to estimate replacement costs, useful lives and depreciation of machinery and equipment.
- Apply valuation methodologies including Income, Market and Cost Approach.
- Review third-party valuation and management reports for reasonableness.
- Perform financial statement and accounting analysis.




- Work with IFRS/GAAP requirements.
- Support and guide junior team members and collaborate with global/onshore teams.
