Position: Consultant Anaesthesiologist – Anaesthesia, ICU, Critical Care & Interventional Pain Management

Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications and Experience

- MD or DNB in Anaesthesiology from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 3 years of post-PG experience.
- Valid registration with the relevant Medical Council.
- Experience in ICU management, critical care, anaesthesia and interventional pain procedures is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage anaesthesia for elective and emergency surgeries.
- Conduct pre-anaesthetic assessments and prepare perioperative management plans.
- Provide general, regional, spinal, epidural and other appropriate anaesthesia services.
- Handle difficult airways, emergency resuscitation and perioperative complications.
- Supervise and manage the ICU, including critically ill and ventilated patients.
- Establish ICU protocols and guide the ICU medical and nursing teams.
- Provide emergency critical-care support throughout the hospital.
- Develop and independently manage the hospital’s interventional pain-management services.
- Perform appropriate image-guided and non-image-guided pain procedures based on expertise and available infrastructure.
- Maintain clinical documentation, safety standards, infection-control practices and quality protocols.




- Participate in clinical audits, staff training and hospital development initiatives.

Remuneration and Benefits Minimum guaranteed annual CTC: ₹48 lakh, structured as follows:

- ₹2.50 lakh per month – Anaesthesia and OT services
- ₹75,000 per month – ICU supervision and critical-care services
- ₹75,000 per month – Interventional pain-management services

Total guaranteed remuneration: ₹4 lakh per month / ₹48 lakh per annum CTC

Growth opportunities After successful completion of one year, the consultant will be appointed as Head of Department (HOD). A mutually agreed revenue-sharing system will also be developed, linked to the growth and performance of the Anaesthesia, ICU and Interventional Pain Management departments.

Dhruti Consultancy is looking for a clinically competent, responsible and growth-oriented Anaesthesiologist for one of our esteemed healthcare clients. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently leading anaesthesia services, strengthening ICU and critical-care operations, and developing a comprehensive interventional pain-management department.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
