HR Manager – Construction Industry

Location: Shilaj, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete HR operations for construction projects and corporate office.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment for site and office staff.
- Recruit civil engineers, project managers, supervisors, site engineers, skilled workers, and support staff.
- Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, overtime, and employee records.
- Handle contract labour, labour contractors, wage records, and manpower documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and labour-related compliances.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct joining formalities, induction, site orientation, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with site management regarding worker welfare,



accommodation, transportation, canteen, and other facilities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes suitable for construction operations.
- Maintain accurate HR MIS, manpower reports, attendance records, and statutory documents.
- Support performance appraisal, training, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with management and project heads for workforce planning and HR strategy.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, safety requirements, and workplace discipline at project sites.
- Handle HR audits, labour inspections, documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Travel to project sites whenever required and provide hands-on HR support.

Pay: ₹70,017.64 - ₹80,109.81 per month
