Preferred candidate profile

Manage and maintain Configuration Items CIs in the ServiceNow CMDB

Perform CI onboarding updates relationship mapping and retirement activities

Ensure CMDB data accuracy through reconciliation and data quality checks

Support Discovery Service Mapping and CMDB governance processes

Generate CMDB reports and assist with audits and compliance reviews

Collaborate with Infrastructure Application and IT Operations teams

Required Skills

24 years of experience in CMDB or Configuration Management operations

Handson experience with ServiceNow CMDB

Strong understanding of CI lifecycle relationships and CMDB data models

Experience with CMDB reconciliation reporting and data quality management

Valuable analytical problemsolving and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of ITIL Configuration Management processes
