Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Conference Producer role based in Bengaluru.

The Conference

Producer will be responsible for end-to-end development of conferences, including researching market trends, defining event themes, and designing content agendas tailored to target industries and regions. The role involves identifying, approaching, and securing high-caliber speakers, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and coordinating with internal teams across marketing, sales,



and operations to ensure seamless event delivery.

The Conference

Producer will manage timelines, maintain project documentation, and oversee program quality on the day of the event, ensuring that sessions run smoothly and deliver meaningful value to attendees and partners. The role also includes evaluating event performance, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements for future conferences.

Qualifications

- Conference Production and Event Management skills to design, plan, and deliver high-quality events.
- Market Research skills to identify relevant topics, trends, and audience needs.
- Speaker Acquisition and Communication skills to source, engage, and manage speakers and partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create explicit agendas and qualified correspondence.
- Organizational and project management abilities, including attention to detail and time management.
- Experience in B2B events, conferences, or media is preferred.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
