Job Summary:

As part of the Approval Coordination Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that architectural and structural drawings meet all necessary CMDA, DTCP, Fire, EIA, and other NOC/approval regulations, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution and timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Master Planning & Unit Planning
- Space Planning & Apartment Layouts
- Concept & Exterior/Faade Design
- GFC & Working Drawings
- High-rise Residential Projects
- CMDA / DTCP & Building Regulations
- Consultant & Project Coordination




- AutoCAD Mandatory | Revit/SketchUp preferred

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Degree in Architecture / Civil / Planning or related field.

Experience: Varies by role (minimum 7+ years preferred).

Solid design, coordination, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end design processes.
