Role Description

We are looking for a Computer Science Specialist for a full time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India .

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in working across software, IT systems, data, databases, automation, business applications, analytics, networking, technical support, and digital transformation .

The Computer Science Specialist will work closely with IT, operations, engineering, finance, production, supply chain, and other business teams to support technology systems, data-driven initiatives, internal applications, and digital processes across the organization.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer Applications, or a related discipline .
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.




- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in computer science, software development, IT, data analytics, databases, system administration, networking, application support, or related areas can apply.
- Candidates from technology, IT services, consulting, manufacturing, SaaS, e-commerce, telecom, finance, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C, C++, C#, JavaScript, or similar technologies .
- Basic understanding of SQL, databases, data structures, software development, operating systems, or computer networks .
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar databases will be an advantage.
- Exposure to web development, APIs, cloud platforms, data analytics, automation, or business applications will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, servers, ERP systems, or IT infrastructure will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, Git, Python, SQL, or similar tools will be beneficial.
- Good analytical, logical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment .
- Internship, certification, personal project, GitHub project, hackathon, coding project, or academic project experience will be considered but is not mandatory .
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and business systems.
