We are looking for Computer Operators who are comfortable working on computers and can communicate confidently with clients over phone calls. Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, has valuable computer skills, learns quickly, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records on the computer.
- Update customer information and reports accurately.
- Reply to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Email, and Social Media.
- Assist with basic social media-related tasks.
- Ensure data is entered accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English communication will be an advantage).
- Strong computer skills with good typing speed.
- Knowledge of keyboard shortcuts and efficient computer usage.
- Ability to take proper notes and follow instructions carefully.
- Good office etiquette and respectful professional behavior.
- Attentive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets/Docs, Email, and Internet browsing.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in back office and computer operator roles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- (Salary depends on skills and interview performance.)
