ERefresh – Redefining IT is a growing IT company specializing in refurbished laptops, desktops, computer hardware, upgrades, repair and technical support. We are looking for a hardworking and technically interested Computer Hardware Technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware problems.
- Laptop and desktop disassembly and reassembly.
- Install, upgrade and replace RAM, SSD, HDD, keyboards, batteries, displays, chargers and other components.
- Install Windows OS, drivers and required software.
- Perform hardware testing and system performance checks.
- Check laptop condition, battery health, display, keyboard, ports, Wi-Fi and other components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of laptops and desktops.
- Basic motherboard-level troubleshooting and component diagnosis.
- Prepare refurbished laptops for final quality inspection and customer delivery.
- Maintain records of repairs, replaced parts and system testing.
- Identify hardware faults and provide suitable repair solutions.
- Handle customer technical queries and explain problems in simple language.
- Maintain tools,



spare parts and workshop cleanliness.

Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of computer/laptop hardware.
- Knowledge of RAM, SSD, HDD, motherboard, display, keyboard, battery and other laptop components.
- Basic knowledge of Windows installation and drivers.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to safely disassemble and assemble laptops/desktops.
- Willingness to learn new hardware repair techniques.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification & Experience
- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Degree candidates can apply.
- Freshers with basic hardware knowledge are welcome.
- Experienced laptop/desktop technicians are preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on repair experience will have an advantage.
