Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify defects in electronic components and develop corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality assurance personnel to resolve issues.

- Utilize tools such as LCR meters, oscilloscopes,CRO and SQE software for hardware debugging and testing.

- Develop and maintain documentation of defect reports, CAPA plans, and 8D investigations.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in electronics engineering or a related field.

- Solid understanding of electronic components, circuitry, and hardware debugging techniques.

- Proficiency in using LCR meters, oscilloscopes,CRO and other test equipment for troubleshooting purposes.

- Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Capability Analysis Process Audit (CAPA), and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA).
