Position: Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end RBI and NBFC compliances.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, Master Directions and guidelines.
- Manage RBI returns, regulatory filings and reporting.
- Handle RBI inspections and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance-related documentation and records.
- Robust Coordination skills with RBI, auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely compliance.

Key Requirements

- 8–12 years of relevant experience.
- NBFC experience is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in RBI Compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations, Master Directions and regulatory filings.
- Experience in handling end-to-end NBFC compliances.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.

Candidates with relevant NBFC + RBI Compliance experience will be preferred.
