Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the automobile component manufacturing unit.

- Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.

- Oversee shop establishment activities such as licensing, registration, and maintenance of records.

- Coordinate with HR team to ensure seamless implementation of statutory compliance measures.

Job Requirements :

- 7-12 years of experience in industrial relations or related field.

- Solid knowledge of labour laws, litigation procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Proven track record in managing complex employee relations issues and negotiations.
