Hiring: Compliance Manager

Role Overview

You will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end compliance with RBI HFC Directions, managing regulatory reporting, supporting governance, and driving a robust compliance culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with RBI Master Directions for HFCs (including updates/amendments)

- Maintain compliance calendar & regulatory trackers

- Handle RBI returns, filings, and supervisory requirements

- Support in Board/ Audit Committee compliance reporting

- Undertake Compliance testing

- Draft & update policies (FPC, KYC/AML, risk, etc.)

- Coordinate internal audit, statutory audit & RBI inspections

- Monitor KYC/AML and operational compliance

- Identify compliance gaps and drive timely closure

Who We’re Looking For

- 1-2 years experience in NBFC / HFC / Banking

- Background in Compliance / Secretarial / Audit / Credit / Operations (with regulatory exposure)

- Strong understanding of:

- RBI regulations (NBFC/HFC)

- KYC/AML norms

- Corporate & governance frameworks
