- Managing and guiding a team of operators/technicians/engineers.
- Achieving daily production or department targets.
- Monitoring quality, safety, productivity and delivery.
- Handling line/process issues and coordinating with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other teams.
- Driving Kaizen, 5S, TPM and continuous-improvement activities.
- Tracking KPIs and preparing daily/weekly reports.
- Training team members and ensuring standard work/SOP compliance.
- Investigating problems using 5-Why, Fishbone, QC tools, etc.
- Ensuring compliance with Yamaha’s safety and quality standards.
Pay: From ₹22,550.00 per month
