Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Company Secretary Trainee role based in Dwarka. The trainee will assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers, records, and documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Daily responsibilities include supporting board and committee meetings through drafting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions, as well as coordinating filings with regulatory authorities under supervision.

The role involves reviewing internal policies, helping with corporate governance practices, and supporting communication between management, board members, and external stakeholders.



The trainee will also help with drafting correspondence, organizing documents, and performing basic research on legal, compliance, and governance matters as guided by senior team members.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding or education in corporate law, company secretarial practices, or related fields (e.g., CS course enrollment, Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Law, or equivalent).
- Ability to draft and review basic corporate documents, notices, minutes, and resolutions with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to maintain records, track deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Comfort with MS Office or similar productivity tools, and willingness to learn compliance and documentation software.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism, with an interest in corporate governance and not-for-profit sector work.
- Ability to work on-site in Dwarka and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment.
