Issue and allotment of shares/debentures/ other securities vie various modes;
Co-ordination with RTA, Depositories for group entities, Documentation and database to maintain;
Stock exchanges, Company Law, and FEMA statutory regulatory compliance;
Preparing/ vetting of share purchase, shareholders agreement, lease related agreements, Loan Agreements etc;
Group entity related Secretarial compliance, LLP assignment work; and
Group entities MCA/ROC filing, maintaining statutory registers
