Company Secretary – Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance

Role Overview

We are looking for a Qualified Company Secretary (CS) to manage secretarial, statutory and regulatory compliances for BIHPL and relevant group companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Companies Act, MCA/ROC filings and Secretarial Standards.
- Handle Board/Committee meetings, AGM/EGM, minutes, notices and statutory records.
- Maintain compliance calendars, checklists and regulatory trackers.
- Manage applicable SEBI, NSDL, CDSL and MSEI compliances.
- Coordinate with DP, RTA, auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders.
- Support SEBI/depository inspections, audits and regulatory information requests.
- Track regulatory circulars, amendments and ensure timely implementation.
- Prepare compliance reports,



responses and supporting documentation for management.

Requirements

- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) – ICSI.
- Relevant experience in Secretarial, Compliance, Capital Markets, Trusteeship, Depository, RTA, Broking or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations and MCA/ROC filings.
- Experience in audits, inspections and regulatory coordination will be preferred.
- Robust drafting, documentation, communication and Excel skills.

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: Relevant experience in Secretarial / Regulatory Compliance preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
