Key Responsibilities-

Company Secretary

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, Stock Exchange, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage Board, Committee, and Shareholder Meetings, including agendas, minutes, resolutions, and governance documentation.




- Oversee all ROC, MCA, statutory filings, and maintenance of corporate records and registers.
- Advise management on corporate governance, regulatory developments, and secretarial best practices.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, legal advisors, depositories, and other external stakeholders.
- Drive compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, audits, inspections, and closure of observations.
- Review, draft, and vet legal agreements, policies, governance frameworks, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, POSH, and other corporate statutory requirements.
