About the Role

Raik Deftech is looking for a confident, articulate and presentable individual to represent the company at defence exhibitions, technology expos, conferences, industry events and product demonstrations.

This role is ideal for someone who can communicate confidently with different audiences, understand defence and technology products, and represent a deep-tech company professionally .

You will act as the face and voice of Raik Deftech at events , while the core team focuses on investor meetings, strategic partnerships and high-value business discussions.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Raik Deftech professionally at exhibitions, expos and industry events.
- Welcome and engage visitors at the company booth.
- Explain Raik Deftech's products, technologies and applications in a clear and engaging manner.
- Communicate with defence personnel, industry professionals, potential customers, investors and other stakeholders.
- Handle general product and technology-related queries within the information provided by the company.
- Identify and qualify potential customers, partners and important leads.
- Collect basic contact details and requirements from prospective customers.
- Escalate high-value prospects,



serious customer enquiries and strategic opportunities to the founder/core team.
- Maintain a professional and energetic presence throughout the event.
- Assist the team with demonstrations, networking and general exhibition activities when required.

- Confident and professional personality.
- Positive understanding or strong interest in defence equipment, robotics, exoskeletons, engineering or emerging technologies .
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- Comfortable interacting with senior professionals and diverse audiences.
- Well-presented and confident in public-facing situations.
- Prior experience in exhibitions, events, sales, business development, defence or technology is a plus.
- Candidates based in Delhi NCR are preferred, especially those located in Delhi / Sonipat.
- Male/Female candidates are welcome.
