Role Description The Company Owner at NEXO TECHSOFT PVT LTD is a full time, on-site leadership role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overall strategic direction, business growth, and operational performance. The role involves defining and executing the company’s vision, setting business goals, and overseeing key service lines such as software development, website development, business automation, digital solutions, and technology consulting.

Owner manages senior leaders and cross-functional teams, monitors financial performance, allocates budgets, and ensures that projects meet quality, timelines, and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, exploring new markets and partnerships,

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of software development, website development, and digital solutions, with the ability to guide technical teams and translate business needs into technology initiatives.

- Demonstrated financial management abilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on transparent and collaborative engagement.
- Proven capability to build and lead diverse teams, foster an inclusive and innovative work culture, and manage talent development.
