? Key Responsibilities

- Handle Company Registration, LLP, OPC & Pvt. Ltd. Registration
- Manage ROC / MCA Filings & Compliance
- Work on the MCA Portal
- Prepare and maintain corporate & legal documents
- Handle incorporation, amendments and annual compliance
- Coordinate with clients for required documents
- Ensure timely completion of compliance assignments

? Required Skills & Experience✅ Hands-on experience in Company Registration

✅ ROC Filing / MCA Filing knowledge

✅ Valuable knowledge of MCA Portal

✅ Corporate & Legal Compliance

✅ LLP / Pvt. Ltd. / OPC Registration

✅ Good documentation and client coordination skills
