Role Description

This is a full time, remote Community Management intern role. The intern will help nurture and grow NexLevr’s community by engaging with members across online platforms, responding to inquiries, and facilitating discussions that align with the company’s mission. Daily tasks include monitoring community channels, sharing updates, gathering feedback, and escalating issues to relevant team members when needed.

The intern will support community events or initiatives, contribute ideas for improving member experience, and assist in creating clear communication guidelines. Collaboration with product and marketing teams to understand upcoming launches and ensuring timely,



accurate information is shared with the community will be part of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Community Engagement abilities to build trust and foster meaningful relationships with community members.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to convey information effectively and maintain a professional, inclusive tone across all community channels.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to address questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience for community members.
- Candidates should possess Community Management skills to moderate discussions, uphold community guidelines, and support a safe, respectful environment.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational skills, comfort working independently in a remote setting, familiarity with online community platforms or social media tools, and an interest in technology or product innovation.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
