Role Description The Community Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves welcoming members and guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience across Bootstart workspaces.
The Community
Associate will handle member queries, support onboarding, coordinate meeting room bookings, and assist with basic case management for community-related issues.
Responsibilities include organizing community events, facilitating networking opportunities, maintaining common areas, and collaborating with internal teams to improve member satisfaction.
The role requires proactive engagement with the workspace community to strengthen relationships and promote a positive, inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with members and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Community Support and Community Health skills to foster an inclusive, well-being-focused workspace environment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to address member inquiries, share information clearly, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Case Management skills to track, resolve, and follow up on member issues and operational requests.
- Candidates should have customer service or hospitality experience in a community-focused or workspace setting.
- Candidates should demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable using office software and basic workspace management tools; prior experience in coworking or real estate is an advantage.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
