Hindustan Consulting Services India Private Limited (HCSIPL) is looking for an experienced and highly effective Communication & Soft Skills Trainer Interview Preparation to join our Hyderabad team.

The trainer will be responsible for assessing candidates, improving their communication and professional presentation, and preparing them to confidently attend corporate/MNC interviews.

We are looking for a patient, practical and result-oriented trainer who can understand each candidate's individual areas of improvement and provide focused coaching before interviews.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Communication & Soft Skills training for candidates.
- Assess candidates' communication and interview readiness.
- Conduct one-to-one and group mock interviews.
- Prepare candidates for HR and corporate interview rounds.
- Train candidates on effective self-introduction and commonly asked interview questions.
- Improve spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary and sentence formation.
- Coach candidates on confidence, body language, skilled etiquette and presentation skills.
- Identify individual communication gaps and provide personalized corrective feedback.
- Provide focused interview preparation based on specific job roles and hiring requirements.
- Conduct pre-interview assessments and determine candidate readiness.
- Provide additional coaching to candidates who require improvement.




- Coordinate with the Recruitment Team to understand upcoming interview requirements.
- Track candidate performance, progress and training outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 3–8 years in relevant training roles.
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong experience in communication training and interview preparation.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring and presentation abilities.
- Must be patient and capable of handling candidates with different communication levels.
- Ability to identify candidate weaknesses and provide practical improvement plans.
- Previous experience in Corporate Training, Placement Training, Employability Training, Staffing, Recruitment, EdTech or similar environments is preferred.

Selection Process Shortlisted candidates will be required to conduct a practical training/demo session. Selection will primarily be based on communication skills, training methodology, candidate-handling ability, patience and overall training effectiveness.
