We are looking for passionate and motivated Commis Chefs to join the kitchen team.

What you’ll do:

- Assist with daily kitchen operations, mise en place and food preparation.

- Work efficiently on your assigned station while maintaining consistency and quality.

- Support the team during service and maintain high standards of hygiene and organization.

- Learn and execute progressive Italian techniques and preparations.

- Contribute ideas towards new dishes, techniques and menu development.

- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and work collaboratively during service.

What we’re looking for:

- 0–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.

- Culinary school/degree or relevant skilled training preferred.

- Exposure to Italian cuisine or Garde Manger is an advantage.

- Passion for food, willingness to learn and attention to detail.

- Strong work ethic and good communication skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
