? Hiring: Commercial Transformation Manager | Mumbai | Global FMCG Leader

Are you passionate about driving business transformation and optimizing commercial operations at a regional scale?

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Transformation Manager to join a leading global FMCG organization for a 24-month full-time onsite engagement in Mumbai . This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale commercial transformation program across the AMEA region , supporting the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and o9 Solutions while partnering with regional and global stakeholders.

? What You'll Do

As a Commercial Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for enabling business process transformation and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities include

✅ Analyze, map, and document end-to-end commercial and sales processes across business units and regional markets.

✅ Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize existing commercial operations to improve efficiency and business performance.

✅ Convert strategic transformation objectives into actionable project plans and drive execution across the organization.

✅ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Units, Data Governance, Change Management, and Implementation workstreams.

✅ Engage with stakeholders across sales, marketing, regional offices, and headquarters to ensure alignment and adoption of new processes and systems.

✅ Monitor project milestones, track progress, address risks, and support governance activities to ensure successful delivery.

✅ Support the rollout and integration of SAP S/4HANA and o9 planning solutions across assigned AMEA markets.

✅ Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and insights to support leadership decision-making.

? What We're Looking For

✔ Proven experience in Commercial Transformation ,



Business Process Improvement , Sales Operations , or Marketing Operations .

✔ Strong expertise in Process Mapping , Process Re-engineering, and Operational Excellence initiatives.

✔ Experience working within complex matrix organizations and managing diverse stakeholder groups.

✔ Solid project coordination, governance, and change management experience in large-scale transformation programs.

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

✔ Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA , o9 Solutions , ERP systems, Supply Chain Planning, or related transformation technologies.

✔ Prior experience supporting programs across India and Southeast Asia / AMEA markets .

✔ Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing ambiguity and competing priorities.
