Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves identifying and evaluating commercial properties, conducting site visits, and preparing property presentations for corporate clients. The specialist will manage leasing and sales transactions, conduct market research, analyze rental and pricing trends, and support negotiation of commercial terms.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining updated property listings, coordinating with property owners and developers, and responding promptly to client inquiries. The role also requires preparing documentation, supporting due diligence,



and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from initial contact through closing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate, including property evaluation, market analysis, and transaction management.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance skills, such as understanding pricing structures, returns, and basic financial modeling for commercial properties.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation capabilities.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, demonstrating client focus, responsiveness, and relationship-building abilities.
- Relevant experience in corporate or commercial real estate, preferably in Hyderabad or similar markets.
