Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Specialist at Topworker is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow. In this position, the specialist will manage and oversee commercial property transactions, including leasing, sales, and acquisitions, while maintaining detailed records and documentation.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing property and financial data, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations with clients and stakeholders. The specialist will coordinate site visits, respond to client inquiries, provide ongoing customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.



This role requires consistent on-site engagement with clients, property owners, and partners to drive successful commercial real estate outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge and practical experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance skills, including basic financial analysis and understanding of investment principles.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client-facing and internal interactions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and address inquiries professionally.
- Relevant experience in commercial property leasing, sales, or brokerage is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and property listing platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory when offset by strong experience.
