We are looking for an experienced Civil Contracts / Commercial qualified with 17+ years of experience to manage contracts for industrial buildings and civil infrastructure CAPEX projects.

? Location: Vadodara

? Experience: 17+ Years

? Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Contract administration from award to closeout
- Review, interpretation & negotiation of contractual terms
- Claims, variations, change orders & EOT management
- Contractor compliance and commercial risk management
- Review of payment applications, quotations & extra-work proposals
- Contractual dispute resolution and commercial issue management
- Coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Finance & Project teams




- Contract performance monitoring and documentation

Key Expertise:

✅ FIDIC / NEC / ICE / International Contract Frameworks

✅ Contract Management & Administration

✅ Claims & Dispute Management

✅ EOT / Variation / Change Order

✅ EPC / Industrial / CAPEX Projects

✅ Contractor & Commercial Management

Certifications such as MRICS, PMP, CCM, CPCM or CIPS will be an added advantage.
