Role & responsibilities

- Lead the Commercial team.

- Support management in cost reduction and process improvement.

- Plan and manage purchase of fixed assets, raw materials, packing materials, consumables and other requirements.

- Negotiate with suppliers for price, payment and delivery terms.

Monitor Purchase

Orders (POs).

- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Accounts, Merchandising and other departments for material requirements.

- Check commercial documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Documents, etc.

- Resolve supplier, purchase, shipment and documentation-related issues.

- Ensure purchases are made as per approved quality, quantity, price and delivery requirements.

- Prepare Purchase & Commercial MIS/reports for management.

- Disposable of waste, old machineries and non-moving Material.

- Dealing with Govt departments (Liasioning) Incentives.
