- Oversee plant commercial operations to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Analyze financial data using SAP and other tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for commercial growth.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting on commercial performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in a similar role within the chemicals industry.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com) or MBA/PGDM in Finance from a reputed institution.
- Robust understanding of commercial accounting principles, including budgeting, capex management, and GST compliance.
- Proficiency in SAP system implementation is essential.
