Role & Responsibilities: -

- Coordination with plant for dispatch of Finish Goods on time.
- Weekly reminder payment follow-up to all customers.
- Open Purchase order's need to be closed every month.
- Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
- Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.
- Supporting the field sales team.
- Making follow-up calls to confirm sakes orders or delivery dates.
- Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
- Timely uploading of invoices on the client portal.
- Download the production report and sales report at the end of the month and share them with the team.
- Sharing forecast with the plant team every month.

Required Skills:-

- Sales/Commercial coordination
- Should have valuable written & verbal communication
- MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook.
- SAP - MM, SD.
