Job Title: Commercial Coordinator– DORB (De-Oiled Rice Bran)

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain purchase and sales-related documents for DORB.
2. Coordinate with internal departments.
3. Prepare sales orders and maintain dispatch records.
4. Maintain accurate sales records.
5. Coordinate internal departments. follow up on loading and dispatch schedules.
6. Maintain invoices, and supporting documents.
7. Update daily MIS reports related to sales and dispatch.

Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment-related documentation.
9. Maintain proper filing of commercial documents and records.
10. Support the Commercial Manager in day-to-day activities.
11. Ensure timely completion of documentation and follow-up with concerned teams.

Required Skills
1. Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
2. Good communication and coordination skills.
3. Basic understanding of purchase, sales, stock, and logistics processes.
4. Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up with multiple stakeholders.
5. Prior experience in rice bran, oil extraction, DORB, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

Experience 0–3 years of experience in Commercial / Purchase / Sales Coordination / Logistics.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
