Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team responsible for collecting payments from customers on time.

- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve cash flow.

- Analyze customer credit reports to identify potential issues and develop targeted solutions.

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to resolve customer complaints and improve overall relationships.

Job Requirements :

- 7-13 years of experience in collections management or related field.

- Strong knowledge of personal loans, including underwriting guidelines and risk assessment techniques.

- Proven track record of successfully managing teams to achieve high levels of performance in a rapid-paced environment.
