Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team responsible for debt recovery, loan collection, and NPA management.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquencies.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and negotiate settlements when necessary.

- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.

Job Requirements :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in collections or related field (business loan, personal loans, supply chain finance).

- Robust knowledge of debt recovery processes, including unsecured loans and field collections.

- Proven track record in managing high-performing teams focused on loan recovery and NPA management.
