We’re Hiring: Collection Manager – Payday Loans

Capsafe is looking for an experienced Collection Manager to lead and manage collections for our Payday Loan portfolio.

Position: Collection Manager – Payday Loans

Key Requirements

- Must have prior experience specifically in Payday Loan collections.
- Strong understanding of short-tenure, high-frequency repayment products .
- Experience in managing DPD buckets, overdue portfolios, bounce cases and recovery strategies .
- Ability to manage the process individually and have ability to lead a collection team.
- Experience with tele-calling, digital collections, field collections and follow-up processes .
- Strong knowledge of NACH/ECS, repayment tracking, settlements and overdue management .
- Ability to analyse collection data,



identify delinquency trends and improve recovery performance.
- Experience in handling customer escalations and resolving repayment-related issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech/lending environment.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience with Payday Loans is mandatory.
- Robust portfolio management and team-handling skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
