Job Title: Collection / Telecalling Executive Maintenance Collections & Customer Relations

Location: Sohna Road (Opposite JMD), Gurugram (Haryana)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a persuasive, polite, and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Facility Management team. The primary responsibility will be to ensure timely collection of pending maintenance dues from residents and commercial tenants through regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, while maintaining excellent customer relations and proper records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payment Follow-up & Recovery: Regularly contact clients regarding unpaid maintenance fees, remind, negotiate, and secure outstanding dues.
2. Client Coordination: Build and maintain positive rapport with customers while discussing dues and maintaining positive community relationships.
3. Issue Resolution: Note customer grievances and coordinate with the Accounts and Site teams to resolve any billing queries/disputes delaying payments.
4. Billing & Follow-ups: Prepare and share invoices, ledgers,



payment links, and payment reminders via WhatsApp/email as per customer requirement.
5. Data Management: Update payment status and collection records in Pinga Software / Excel / CRM daily.
6. Reporting: Present daily call logs, payment status, and recovery reports to management and work towards reducing outstanding amounts and improving collection TAT.

Requirements:

- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in Telecalling, Collections, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Support
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English. Must be polite but firm during follow-ups.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, persistence, convincing ability, and patience. Target-oriented and responsible.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM Software. Knowledge of Pinga billing software will be an added advantage.
