Are you skilled at managing receivables, following up on payments, and building strong stakeholder relationships? Join our growing team and take ownership of collections and outstanding receivables in the real estate industry!

Key Responsibilities

Manage the collection of brokerage and consultancy fees from developers.

Regularly follow up with the Developer Accounts & Finance teams for pending payments.

Track and manage project-wise and developer-wise outstanding receivables.

Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Finance teams for payment reconciliation and documentation.

Resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely closure of outstanding amounts.

Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS and aging reports.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For

Graduate with 3–6 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.

Experience in real estate, channel partner, or property consultancy will be preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Solid knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
