The selected candidate will be responsible for customer communication, collection follow-ups, relationship management, marketing support and business development activities.

Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers regarding scheduled payments and collections.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Visit customers when required for collection-related activities.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support marketing and business development activities.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain basic customer and collection records.
- Follow assigned targets and complete daily responsibilities.
- Coordinate with the team to support business growth.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
