Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through calls, emails, and visits.
- Monitor customer accounts and track pending invoices.
- Maintain daily collection and outstanding reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance teams regarding payment status.
- Resolve customer payment-related queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and commitments.
- Ensure payments are collected within agreed credit periods.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
