We are hiring a Collection Executive to handle customer follow-ups for EMI payments, overdue accounts, and loan recovery. The candidate should ensure timely collections, maintain customer relationships, and achieve monthly targets.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for pending payments
- Collect EMI, loan repayments, and overdue amounts
- Handle customer queries related to payments
- Maintain collection records and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for account updates
- Achieve monthly collection targets
- Field visits if required
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in collections or recovery
- Experience in NBFC, banking, or finance preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and strong follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
