About the Role:
We are looking for result-driven professionals to join our Global Recovery & Collections team. In this role, you will communicate with international customers regarding outstanding balances while delivering professional and customer-focused resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage collection calls with international customers professionally.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and assist customers with repayment options.
- Ensure compliance with collection procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments.
- Achieve monthly productivity and collection goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and account resolutions.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections process required.
- Strong communication and convincing skills in English.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts supporting 24/7 operations.
- Immediate joiners only.
