Collection Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Locations: Bhopal, Sehore, Rajgarh, Biaora, Ashta, Hoshangabad (Narmadapuram) & Budni

We are looking for dedicated Collection Executives to join our team. The role involves following up with customers for pending payments, maintaining collection records, and achieving monthly collection targets while ensuring professional customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers regarding pending payments through calls and field visits (if required).
- Collect outstanding payments within the assigned area.
- Maintain accurate payment and collection records.
- Update daily collection reports.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.

Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Excel.
- Two-wheeler is preferred for field collection roles.
