This opportunity is only for people who genuinely want to become a Founder, Co-founder, or Core Founding Team Member of an early-stage startup.

We are looking for a highly hands-on builder who is passionate about robotics and startups and is comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

You should have strong hands-on experience in one or more of:

- SLAM
- Drones — PX4 / ArduPilot
- ROS / ROS2
- Depth Perception
- Computer Vision with proven projects or experience
- Robotics & Autonomous Systems

Important Requirements:
- Comfortable working on-site in Gurgaon (Sector 43)
- Ready to take ownership and build from the ground up
- Looking to be part of a founding/core team , not just take up a regular job
- Comfortable with a survival salary before funding
- Passionate about solving difficult real-world robotics and autonomy problems

The selected candidate will join as a Founding/Core Team Member , with equity in the company and a market-standard salary after funding . Please apply only if you are excited about building a startup from the ground up—not if you're simply looking for a conventional 9-to-5 role.

Additionally, you should have some practical experience , such as working on relevant projects, research, internships, or real-world implementations. Familiarity from coursework alone is not sufficient.

This is a executive-level role , not a typical job. We are looking for someone who can be with us to carry the company from 1 to 100.

We already have:

1. Government grant (via incubators)
2. Active prototypes & real testing
3. Dedicated basement workspace (lab setup)

7. ? Field testing (outdoor flights, real-world debugging)

We want someone who has:

1. Built or worked on real robotics / drone systems
2. Hands-on implementation (not just theory/courses)
3. Comfortable with hardware + software debugging
4. Willing to go to field, test, crash, fix, repeat

Bonus skill preferred :

1. PX4 / ArduPilot
2. SLAM
3. Jetson + CUDA
4. Stereo vision
