Key ResponsibilitiesProduct

- Identify high-value steel scrap processing problems.
- Convert plant problems into product requirements.
- Define practical AI, sensing, analytics, sorting and automation use cases.
- Work with AI/ML, computer vision, sensor, automation and software teams.
- Drive products from problem → prototype → pilot → industrial product.

Operations & Maintenance
- Analyse plant processes, bottlenecks and downtime.
- Identify equipment reliability and maintenance opportunities.
- Assess condition-monitoring and predictive-maintenance opportunities.
- Evaluate existing instrumentation, automation and plant infrastructure.
- Define retrofit requirements.

Deployment
- Lead plant surveys and technical assessments.
- Support installation, commissioning and pilot execution.
- Coordinate with plant, maintenance, production, electrical, instrumentation, OEM and EPC teams.
- Ensure solutions work with existing infrastructure and PLC/SCADA systems.
- Build repeatable deployment and service processes.

Customer & Commercialisation
- Validate customer problems and economic impact.
- Support plant visits, technical discussions and pilot planning.
- Define ROI and measurable outcomes.
- Convert successful pilots into repeatable products.

Problem Validation A core responsibility is to validate real industry problems.

The Co-Founder should determine:

Is the problem recurring?

What does it cost the plant?

How is it currently managed?

What information is missing?

Can it be measured?

Can TejTatv solve it technically?

Can it be deployed without disrupting production?

Will customers pay for the solution?

This makes the role both a steel scrap domain expert and industrial problem-validation leader.

Co-Founder Commitment & Investment This is a genuine Co-Founder — Steel Scrap Processing, Product, Operations & Deployment role.

The selected candidate should be:

- Willing to accept meaningful founder-level equity, subject to mutual agreement.
- Willing to participate in an equity ESOP structure, as mutually agreed.
- Willing and financially capable of contributing ₹1–2 Crore of capital to the company.
- Prepared to lead industry problem validation, product development, pilots and deployment.
- Prepared to build the Product, Operations and Deployment function.
- Comfortable with the risks and responsibilities of an early-stage deep-tech company.

Important The ₹1–2 Crore contribution is not a fee for obtaining the Co-Founder position.

It would be treated as a potential capital investment into the company, with investment structure, valuation, equity allocation, governance rights, investor rights, use of funds and other terms mutually agreed and formally documented, subject to due diligence.

The requirement is intended to identify a co-founder demonstrating long-term financial and strategic commitment to TejTatv.
