We are building a platform where businesses can discover creators, launch campaigns, collaborate with influencers and manage their creator marketing in one place.

About the Opportunity

I am looking for a Co-Founder who will take ownership of Sales, Marketing and Business Growth and join me in building InfluencerBazaar from the early stage.

This is not a conventional employment opportunity.

I am looking for a founding partner who can bring a combination of capital, business expertise, sales execution, marketing leadership and entrepreneurial ownership.

Your Role

As the Co-Founder – Sales, Marketing & Business Growth, you will be responsible for:

- Building and executing the sales strategy
- Acquiring brands and businesses onto the platform
- Developing B2B sales channels and partnerships
- Building the marketing and growth strategy
- Creating predictable customer acquisition processes
- Building and managing the sales/marketing team
- Developing strategic partnerships
- Driving revenue and business growth
- Understanding market feedback and converting it into business opportunities
- Representing InfluencerBazaar with potential clients, partners and investors

My Role

I will continue to lead:
- Product & Innovation
- Technology & Development
- Product Strategy
- Platform Development




- UX/UI and product experience The goal is to build a complementary founding team where I lead Product & Technology and the Co-Founder leads Sales, Marketing & Business Growth.

What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate should have:
- Robust experience in sales, business development or marketing
- Startup or entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to acquire and close businesses
- Experience building partnerships and revenue channels
- Ability to build and manage a sales team
- Strong business network is a plus
- Understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, SaaS, marketplaces or the creator economy is a plus
- Willingness to work hands-on and take ownership

Investment & Equity

This opportunity involves investment into the business along with active involvement as a Co-Founder.

The investment amount, equity and overall founder structure will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience, contribution, involvement and mutual fit.

This is intended for someone looking to build a company as a founder, not as a passive investor or conventional employee.
