Job Title: Co-Founder & Business Head – Corporate Impact & CSR Alliances

About Us At Kinetix Enterprise Impact , we are redefining Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Led by TISS and MBE alumni, we are shifting CSR from passive charity to measurable supply chain retention. We use reading and AI skilling to build loyalty among the channel partners, distributors, and employees of India’s top industrial conglomerates.

The Vision & The Strategy We are targeting Heavy Machinery, Solar, HVAC, and Pump OEMs with a zero-risk "Land and Expand" B2B impact model:

- Phase 1 (The Wedge): Pitching the "Joy of Reading" corporate wellness initiative. Corporates sponsor access to our 16,000+ digital and physical book library for their dealer network families (₹199/month + a 100% refundable ₹500 deposit).
- Phase 2 (The Scale): Using the engagement telemetry from the reading initiative to seamlessly upsell subsidized AI-driven skilling courses (₹625 per license in 1,000-user blocks) funded directly via CSR budgets.

What You Will Do (The Mandate) We are looking for a commercial rainmaker to serve as the B2B Co-Founder.



Your primary responsibility will be bringing in corporate sponsorships and opening enterprise doors.

- Lead end-to-end B2B sales and corporate CSR fundraising.
- Pitch the "Joy of Reading" initiative to CHROs, Chief Sales Officers, and CSR Heads in the manufacturing and OEM sectors.
- Navigate corporate procurement to secure minimum ₹6.25 Lakh ticket sizes for AI course deployments.
- Translate our impact telemetry into compelling ESG compliance reports for corporate boards.

Who You Are

- A seasoned B2B enterprise sales leader, impact consultant, or EdTech revenue head.
- You possess a proven, active Rolodex of CSR and HR decision-makers within legacy industrial OEMs (Machinery, Pumps, HVAC, Solar).
- You understand how to sell social impact not just as a compliance checkbox, but as a strategic supply chain and distributor loyalty tool.
