M/s. Skanda Aerospace Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled and experienced CNC Milling and CNC Turning professionals for our manufacturing operations.
We are looking for candidates at different levels, including CNC Setup-cum-Operators, Senior CNC Operators/Operators and Shift In-charges. Candidates should have valuable knowledge of CNC machine operation, setup, engineering drawings, programming codes and production activities.
Key Responsibilities CNC Turning/Milling Operator
- Operate CNC Milling / CNC Turning machines as per production requirements.
- Perform machine setup and tool setup.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and component specifications.
- Perform tool offset correction and necessary process adjustments.
- Understand and work with G-code and M-code.
- Check component dimensions using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Ensure components are produced as per drawing and quality requirements.
- Identify machining issues and carry out necessary corrections.
- Maintain machine productivity and follow production schedules.
- Follow safety, quality and housekeeping standards.

Machine Control Experience
Candidates with experience on any of the following controls/machines will be preferred:
- Siemens
- FANUC
- Haas
