Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to create, modify, and execute CNC programs for furniture and interior manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for programming, machine setup, material optimization, troubleshooting, quality checking, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify CNC programs for cutting, drilling, routing, and machining operations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production requirements.
- Set machine parameters, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per job requirements.
- Optimize CNC programs for accuracy, productivity, and material utilization.
- Coordinate with the Production and Design teams for program requirements.
- Monitor CNC machine operations and identify programming or machining errors.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and make necessary program corrections.
- Check finished components for dimensions, accuracy, and quality.
- Maintain CNC programs, production records, and job-related documentation.




- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cutting tools and CNC equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in CNC programming and machine operations.
- Knowledge of CNC programming, machine settings, and machining processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand measurements.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and measuring tapes.
- Valuable understanding of cutting tools and materials.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic programming and machine-related issues.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.

Educational Qualification ITI / Diploma in CNC, Mechanical, Production, or a related technical field preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in furniture manufacturing, plywood/MDF machining, modular furniture, retail interiors, or similar manufacturing environments will be an advantage.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
