Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Setter Cum Operator role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
The role involves setting up CNC machines according to job specifications, preparing tools, fixtures, and materials, and loading programs as per engineering drawings or process sheets. The CNC Setter Cum Operator monitors machine operations, performs in-process inspections with appropriate measuring instruments, and adjusts parameters to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Daily tasks include troubleshooting minor machine issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production targets. The role also includes collaborating with supervisors and quality teams, maintaining production records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
